Court Case (not a link)???

simply put, a political candidate wanted equal time after a competitor candidate attacked him in the newspaper, the newspaper denied him "equal time" , so he tried to sue the newspaper, the newspaper tried to say that he couldn't because of freedom of the press they didn't have to give him the equal time, the supreme court basically said, if they don't give him the equal time, yes he can sue the newspaper.
