What is the name of that female televangilist with HUGE blonde hair?

I mean she looks like Dolly Parton, but bigger, heavier, and the hair is just incredibly huge. I mean HUGE. I saw her a few times last year on a show skipping stations, and normally I run like hell from Religious channels, but I could not get my eyes off her HUGE HUGE blonde hair. Anyone have any ideas?
